Get Back into Running


We are pleased to be starting our first ‘Get back into running’ programme at Snaith & Cowick Running Club.

It will take place over 4 weeks ending with a 5k run at Goole parkrun. This programme is aimed at people who have maybe run before but are not quite up to running a full 5k or for those that wish to accelerate from scratch to running a 5k in a shorter period of time than a typical coach to 5k programme.

Starting Tuesday 12th September, every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7pm for 4 weeks ending at Goole parkrun on Saturday 7th October.
